Shipping delays due to high demand on Black Friday

During this discount season, we’ve experienced a much higher demand than expected, which is why we want to inform you that your order may take longer to process. Currently, the preparation time for orders is approximately 20 business days, after which you’ll receive your shipping confirmation.

We’re fulfilling orders in the order they were placed, making sure to handle each one with care and precision to ensure every customer receives their bikini as soon as possible.

Rest assured, we are working hard to ensure your bikini reaches you as soon as possible. We truly believe it will be worth the wait!

Here’s a little insight into our shipping process:

• Many orders are shipped directly to your address.
• However, some orders are shipped from Venezuela to our warehouse in the USA first. This happens when the shipping destination is in a remote zone or when direct shipping costs are too high or unviable for us. Once the order reaches our warehouse, it is promptly dispatched to your address.
• If your order includes a custom bikini, please note that the process may take a little longer since your piece is being made especially for you.
